Return, Exchange and Refund Policy 

Damaged/Dead Plants: Report issues within 10 days of the receipt of the rose with photos for either a replacement rose or store credit equal to the replacement cost, excluding shipping/taxes.

Incorrect Rose:  Report issues within 30 days with photos of the rose and the tag for a replacement rose or store credit equal to the replalcement cost including shipping/taxes.

Refunds:  No refunds once an order is placed.

Exchanges:  No exchange of roses once an order is placed.

Exclusions: Natural occurrences such as winter dormancy, leaf drop, overwatering or transplant shock are not covered.  We always try to help you keep your roses healthy.  Most of the time, the issue can be resolved with proper rose care procedures.  Contact us for assitance.

Returns: Live plants cannot be returned.
